Peanut Butter Bliss – Smoothie

Peanut butter banana smoothie with ingredient substitutions.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Organic Vanilla Soy Non-Dairy Beverage
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Optional:

  • Frozen banana for creamier texture

Substitutions

  • Replaced vanilla soy milk with 1 cup regular milk + splash of vanilla extract
  • Used frozen banana (only banana available)

Result

Thicker and creamier from the frozen banana.

Peanut butter and banana carried well, and the added vanilla kept the profile close to the original idea.
